The Beer Pioneer

Australia’s short history is chock-full of colourful characters. Their stories, short and tall, often featured the search of a better life, a bold escape from the law, the exploration of the bush-frontier or just a collection of calamities and misadventures. Along the way, they travelled thousands of kilometers and visited a swag of Aussie towns and landmarks. Not to mention, plenty of watering holes. Join comedian Matt Stewart as he travels off the beaten path, following the journeys of some of Australia’s famous and infamous adventurers, dropping in to as many of the wide and varied pubs and hotels he can find along the way.
